Improve the listening and call handling skills of one member of your reception team. This lady was too quick to say no and not listen to the reason for my request, nor phone back as promised when pressed and informed about my underlying medical condition.

You have to wait too long to get a call back from a Doctor & then another wait if they think you need an appointment. Also they sometimes ask for a photograph which do not always show well enough your problem or symptoms.

I came for a shingles vaccine & the whole process went well & the nurse was very friendly.

Whilst the NHS is in a mess caused by themselves this practice is excellent. Despite the constraints placed on it by the bureaucracy in the NHS. Good staff and all are helpful
